It was blazin' hot this week so I was sweatin' from just sittin' down and doin' nuthin'. I'm also getting sick so it was hard to hold down my food. I'd eat and then have this throw-up feeling shortly after. I only walked this week, instead of running, since I wasn't feeling good. I only did weight training one day this week. I still don't feel good. I think flu season is comin' up and I got a sneak preview. Ha.

It's football season and my old jerseys are too big for me now. I gotta look for my super old jerseys cuz I know they were smaller and I think they'll fit me again.
