Week 10 Analysis/Recap

I did a lot of physical activities towards the end of the week which might explain why I was so hungry. The more I work, the more I want to eat. But I didn't eat the right kinds of food.

Ok, during the week I will (try to) ban myself from eating any kind of chips or candy. I'll give myself a cheat day where I can eat anything I want. I need to get back on track with eating the right foods. It's on my mind but when I'm pressed for time I just grab the quickest thing around. I need to manage my time more wisely so I can manage what I eat.

This is becoming more and more of a challenge. A mental challenge. Physically, I know I can do it. The work itself isn't that hard. It's getting myself motivated is where I struggle. No pain no gain.
