Christmas is right around the corner and the good food is already showing up. I'm prepared to gain 10 lbs like I did during Thanksgiving. But I'm also prepared to lose it the following week.
It's been raining here for the past week or so and I haven't been able to go outside to do my daily exercise routine. This afternoon there was sunshine so I was outside playing football with the family. It's a lot funner to play a game rather than run since I don't realize that I'm doing exercise. I wish my family/friends were over more often so we can do this. I remember during the summer we played basketball at least 3 times a week when my younger cousins didn't have school. It's winter break for them now so I'm sure we can get some good quality sports in.
My pants have been feeling tighter than usual so I know I need to be extra careful in what I eat during X-mas. I don't wanna gain 10 lbs. but I'm preparing myself for the worst case scenario. Don't be afraid to lay it on me if I go overboard.....
