This week was not as good as last week. I ate waaaaaaay too much junk food and also a lot of whites (rice and bread). I am incorporating veggies and fruits everyday so that's still a plus. I just need to consistently cut out the junks. I'm not saying I'm gonna totally abandon them. I still want to have them on occasion. I'd like to treat myself every once in a while. I think anything in moderation is fine. And eating is one of my favorite things to do so I just gotta make sure I eat the right stuff.
Keep sight of the goal: build good habits. It's coming along....

hi fred! i haven't regularly kept up wt your blog since you linked me back when you started, but i just wanted to congratulate you on all your hard work paying off! you have lost a healthy and significant amount of weight since your journey began in july :) over 30 pounds in 5 months, you should be so proud of yourself!! don't get discouraged by the fluctuations because as you said, it happens and shows sign of human nature that you will give into your cravings. also you do NOT become one of those lame people that suddenly lose weight and can't let themselves go :)
