I need to get back to basics. Why am I doing this? To try to develop healthy habits. The reason I'm taking pictures of everything is so I can look back and determine what I should and shouldn't be eating. Whether I need to eat more of this or cut back on that. I'm a visual person so seeing things help me understand what I need to do. Lately I've just been eating whatever I want and not thinking about it. That's the whole point of this project. To make it so I don't have to think about what I'm doing and it's still the right thing. Cuz right now, in order for me to "healthy" foods, I have to stop and tell myself to eat this instead of that.
Exercise wise, I've been doing the bare minimum. Ever since I got sick, I never got back into the full swing of things. It's hard for me whenever I get sidetracked. "Doing" is never a problem, but "starting" always is.

hi there, I dont know if U r open for any comments and suggestions-but I think if U want to change Ur life U need to cut all this junky food, it's not only fattening but it is serious danger for Ur health, there is a lot of lovely food in the world. try some japanese staff-it's pretty tasty and healthy, try salads, dont eat white bread, chips, leave only chocolate-which is quite ok for health. U need to believe that there is some more tasty things except burgers,chips and soft drinks, maybe it's the right time to discover them;) good luck, all best
