I weighed myself on a different scale and found out that my scale at home is about 20 lbs. off. Since my scale says I'm 223 right now, it means that I'm really at 243. So my starting weight was 278. I didn't think I bloomed up that much. But yeah, I'm gonna keep using the numbers from my scale, even though it's off, just to keep things consistent. I know in my head what the real number is so it won't affect me at all. What's keepin' me going is the fact that I'm wearing smaller clothes now. And a specific weight was NEVER my intended goal. But I am setting markers, in weight, for myself so that way I can gauge any progress.
