Week 17 Analysis/Recap

Oh boy, this week has been terrible. I drank beer/alcohol for 4 straight nights (Thurs-Sun) and that's all empty calories. Not good. So I'm not gonna drink until my birthday (next week) and then after that I won't drink until New Years. I have been eating a grip too and I haven't been running. I've only been walking/jogging cuz I've had some pain in my back for a while (Thanks Joel. We're even!!!!)

A few people called me out on not eating enough fruits and veggies so thanks for the reminder and kick in the butt. Sometimes I lose track and all it takes is for someone to point it out. This week I will make a concentrated effort to eat more fruits and veggies.

I'm trying to build good eating habits but it's tough when my entire family doesn't have that. I come home and there's some good home cooked meals and it's so bad for me but I can't resist. It's like tossing a recovering sex addict onto the set of a pr0n studio, which I also am and was actually on set for a film earlier this year but that's another story. So basically what I'm trying to say is that my old habits come out when I stop thinking about what I'm doing. 17 weeks into this project and I'm still struggling like it's my 2nd week.

I wanted to do this every 4 weeks but I keep forgetting. So next week I'll measure my chest, waist and neck to see if I made any progress. The last time I measured was week 9 and here are the results from then:

Waist: 42"
Chest 51"
Neck: 19"
