It's been a struggle as of late. I've wanted to give up so many times. I just want to eat anything and everything. It's also been frustrating since I've been sick so I haven't really done any running. It's hard to breathe through my nose since it's kinda stuffed and I'm coughing. I've been walking still so that helps a little bit.
One thing that made my day was that I went shopping today and I bought new pants, since my old ones were getting too big. I wore size 40 when I started this project and today I bought some size 36's. I'm also getting rid of my XXL shirts. I'm starting to wear XL again. The little progress that's being made is giving a little hope to keep going.
They say the harder it is to achieve something, the more you appreciate the outcome/results. I'm not there yet but I'd like to give myself a pat on the back for even making it this far. I've tried plenty of times but this is the longest I've stayed committed. I'll see you when I get there.....
