I keep going up and down and staying in this weight range. This is the toughest part of the journey so far(besides starting it). I need to do something different to trick my body into thinking it can get past this. I guess I need to change what I eat until I can break through and then I can go back to eating what I normally eat. I've made it this far and I'm not satisfied yet. I'm starting to see changes in my body (after 12 damn weeks) so I guess that's motivation.
I know I'm starting to eat more cuz my body is demanding more. I exercise more but I need to eat more so I don't feel all light headed. I drink about 3 gallons of water throughout the day since I'm sweating so much.
Ok, starting this coming week I will try to keep my red meat intake to a minimum. I also want to cut my rice consumption as well. I'm Asian. What can I say? I love me some rice.
I think I've been doing good in eating more fruits and veggies, so imma try to keep that up.
