Ok, I know I need to make better choices in my food selection. I really need to lay off the chocolate and chips and anything fast food and all the greasy stuff. More veggies and fruits. I did a really bad job of that this week. I hardly ate any fruits and veggies. I need to make up for that this coming week.

There were a couple birthdays and a going away party this week and I don't want to disrespect people by not eating their food that they provide for me. It really set me back but I know I can get back on track.

But I did step up my workouts. I've been running a lot more and trying to build my stamina and metabolism. Every week, I've been increasing my cardio more and more. Right now I'm at a point which is not too hard to handle but not too easy to cruise through.
