I weighed myself this morning like at 11am and the scale said 245. I weighed myself right now (10pm) and it said 248.

The weekends are horrible for me cuz I'm around my family and they always have good food around. My bro is a fast food junkie but he never gets fat. I don't have fast food that often but I'm still fat. Ha.

I think imma step up my workouts this week. I've been gradually increasing my workload. It's time to take up a notch.
