Ok, I was pretty busy all this week and I didn't get to eat as much as I wanted to. I guess that might be a good thing though. But I would prefer to eat more just cuz it makes me happy to eat. This weekend was a different story. I munched like crazy. I made up for the food that I didn't eat during the week. Haha.
I'm just really thankful for all the people that are encouraging me with this project. I didn't think I'd get too far but I'm headed down the right track. I haven't gained weight since I started this so that gives me hope. I don't really notice much of a difference in my appearance but people who haven't seen me in a month or two notice the difference.
I think this week I will start measuring my neck, chest, waist, arms, etc. to further gauge my progress.
