I didn't weigh myself when I first started this project. I weighed myself maybe 3-4 weeks before I started. So in my first week analysis my weight started at 258 and ended at 251. That's a drastic weight loss for one week, at least in my eyes. I'm looking to lose around 2-3 lbs. per week. This week's analysis looks more reasonable.
I'm making slow progress but it's headed in the right direction. It took me a week and a half to realize that I needed to eat more vegetables. Looking at the pictures, it was all fruits and granola bars and what not. I'm now eating salad with shredded pieces of turkey breast sprinkled with pepper.
I gotta lay off the White Castle burgers. Hahahaha. I'm addicted to them. I'll phase them out slowly. And also the chips. I'll try to limit those to the weekends only.
